Paula is great at what she does, only thing I suggest would be I was alarmed about who would pay for scratches on crew cab door, what she should said let me get back in touch with you , I’ll make appointment for service wright now , which she did.Cody could of said to Paula in advance about scratches, I not trying to blame anyone I know everyone works hard for you , to save you money on your side. I appreciate Cody he worked with me on what I wanted , he listened well . I didn’t get the farm. Scratch’s were there before I bought the Ridgeline , I love the truck, very comfortable, extremely pleased With everything , to me drives like a Cadillac. , Great power. Last not trying to criticize, if this is a supervisor or the owner I ask not to be hard on them , just say next time say something to Paula so she not out of loop. Thank you, Louis

I was scheduled on 3-2 at 9:30. Kacie called me on Friday 2-27 to reschedule because she was on Monday so we rescheduled for 3-3 at 9:30. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours but we waited till 12:30 that’s 3 hours later. Then we got the insult of a 3% surcharge of $16.05 which I was never informed. As A regular customer since 2014 where I bought the CRV at your location. Because of this bad service and the insult of a 3% surcharge I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
