Paula was awesome. Thank you!
I went in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 9:30. The oil change took one hour and fifteen minutes. No explanation on why it took so long or apology. When I went to your competitors, I
Was in and out within 30 minutes. I expected a higher level of service from a dealership.
Daniel was awesome! He came out to the service bay immediately and found my appointment. The service for the oil change and tire rotation was fast! I was in and out quickly. I like the new system that it is all digital now.
1. It would be nice to go through each section so you know where to find info. It took me a few minutes to find the inspection form. 2. The quote for recommended services was fast. 3. I saw the technician cleaning out the bay. It looks spotless. 4. I didn’t know that an 3% credit card was being charged until I got to the appointment. It would be great if communication was sent out to regular service customers. Overall great experience!
Friendly staff no pressure n gets the job done. Shuttle is very helpful.
Paula was very helpful in resolving my questions & issues with
the Honda Pilot.
Paula was OUTSTANDING! The check-in was fast and easy, the work was completed for the price she quoted and completed in less time than I thought it would take! 5 STARS!
Thank you so much for the repair help today. Very much appreciate Paula for making it a priority and quick turnaround. Hohl Honda is the best in Nevada.
I think they were in a hurry to get my car done. I'm also worried that whoever they had working on it may not have known what they were doing. They sent me out, and there were trouble lights on my dash regarding the parking and everything. If the service advisor was trying to explain to me what happened, but as I was watching this young kid try to diagnose what was going on, he looked like he was completely lost. Looking around shifty-eyed at his other coworkers like he was hoping one of them was going to come over and help him because he didn't know what was going on. It wasn't until the foreman came over and actually was able to do it I guess. The whole thing just seemed a little weird, like they have young mechanics there who don't know what they're doing. So they have to keep one experienced guy around to kind of watch them. And then, during a multipoint inspection which I've had done there before not too long ago, all of a sudden they need almost $1,000 worth of fluids changed. I haven't been happy with Honda since I got the car, I certainly am not happy now that they're trying to extort a bunch of more money out of me, when they couldn't even stand behind a warranty to fix my AC. I'll sell this car before I give Honda another dime.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received.
1. I was sent an inspection report stating that I needed to change the CVT transmission fluid on my vehicle that same day, along with a price I was expected to pay. When I called to ask why I was being charged for something that should be covered under warranty, I was told they would review it. After confirming that the service was indeed covered under warranty, they then told me it was no longer urgent and that I could wait up to 10,000 miles. When I questioned why it was urgent only if I had to pay for it myself, but no longer urgent once it was covered under warranty, they removed it from the report and told me to complete it within 10,000 miles.
2. More seriously, the day after my oil change (today), I noticed a small puddle of oil in my driveway because my vehicle is leaking oil. I took it back to have it checked, and I was told everything was fine and that it was just “residual oil.” However, later today, I checked again in my workplace parking lot and the leaking continues (I have photos). This is concerning, as it could indicate that the oil drain plug threads were damaged. Additionally, this situation has caused me to lose valuable time from work, as I’ve already had to return to the Honda dealership in Carson City, and the issue still persists. I will have to go back again, but I don’t know when, since I work and cannot afford to lose time or risk my job.
Overall, it is extremely frustrating that a place expected to provide high-quality service would allow situations like this, which negatively affect customers and could potentially cause damage to the vehicle.
