I would say the only negative thing was how Paula spoke to me about the need to get my oil changed, car serviced regularly, etc., was condescending. I have known this and done it since I started driving 45 years ago. I had gone elsewhere in recent years to have service done, but when she questioned me, I couldn't remember what I had done elsewhere. But there was no need for her tone to be like that with me or for her to treat me like a child.

I was satisfied with the work done and Paula was very nice and efficient. I was surprised when I saw that the tires had been rotated and I was charged for that. I had a 2 pm appointment at Discount tires to get my free rotate and balance. I didn’t say anything because I may not have heard her say they were going to do that. I only came for an oil change. I will beware of upsale tactics next visit.
