I bought tires with a 6 year 60,000 mile warranty. Now your service manager tells me all tires get a 2 year 25,000 mile warranty. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I will never buy tires from you again.
Better communication needed. I did not get updates when my car had to stay longer. I got 1 update the first day and after that nothing. When my car stayed an additional 2 days. Also I was not told what work was done on my car. I had to call in to find out that extra work was done. It would have been appreciated if everything was told to me at the time of pick up. When I have to call and find out what was done, it’s unprofessional. It’s also unprofessional that my car was serviced for an oil change yet there is no record of said work and I had to call in again to get clarification or some type of record on paper. Very unprofessional. I also asked for the service manager to call me back and that never happened.

I was a little afraid to bring my car in because of a really bad experience at a Ford dealership in Redondo Beach, Ca. . But you helped me regain confidence. Thank you for giving me tge best price to change out my Winter studded tires for regular tires. I've been in a financial quandry due to a bad divorce. Tire Pros and Les Shwab charged me nearly double the price fir the same job. I am very pleased with your company as we are the Carson Tahoe community. It felt like being part of a family. Everyone was professional and kind.

The mechanics weren’t even there at 8am when my appointment was. Once they were there and did the service on my car mechanic told me I should have the brake fluid changed. He told me it should be covered with my service plan you get one brake fluid exchange. The receptionist then told me that it was not covered. I spoke with the sales manager and he got it done for me. So basically when I bought the car I paid $1500 for 4 oil changes. Total rip off .

Yes, Paula was great. However, Honda has to get their act together with software upgrades for the passport. The OTA thing has some huge holes in it after I left the dealership the car screen asked me if I wanted to upgrade the software that’s what I spent nearly half the day and you’re waiting room waiting to happen!!!
