Great service. Great people. I had my truck in for service about 1 week ago. I spoke with Jarvis about tires for my wife’s Mazda. I called him back with the tire size. He fully explained all options and prices. We set the appointment and tire replacement was complete. No hassles, no delays, and no additional charges. Jarvis was very professional and personable. Even my wife said “that guy (Jarvis) is very nice”. Thanks.

Omar was very helpful in getting our 2015 Ford F250 repaired. We dropped our truck off shortly before closing time Monday afternoon March 23rd. He told us he would do his best to get our truck repaired as soon as possible. It was taken into the shop on Tuesday morning March 24th. The repair was completed around noon.
This was very important to us as we were traveling home (to NY) from a trip. We would highly recommend Ford of Dalton to anyone.
