Jarvis made a difficult day easier for me. I showed up with a flat tire on my trailer that blew out on the interstate. He could have easily not engaged me and sent me down the road but saw I was having a rough day and jumped into help me solve my problem in a fast, friendly manner. It is a great to see someone who loves their job and loves to take care of customers. 10/10 for Jarvis and the Ford Team of Dalton. Thank you!
