I've always gotten outstanding service from Ford of Dalton. Their employees have always been very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicles needs. Even the manager, I believe his name is John, has gone out of his way to speak with me on several occasions inquiring about the level of service I was receiving. That is very rare! I give them 5 stars

I’m completely satisfied with the way my service went. I’ve always tried to take care of all the vehicles I’ve owned. My truck was the second vehicle that I purchased from the dealership in dalton and I have been pleased with both. I have always tried to have the best care for my vehicles and I’ve always received it from ford in dalton. I was really impressed with Jarvis explaining about the new set of tires I purchased. My wife was also pleased with the savings. Thank you for a good service department.
