I’ve dealt with dealers before, and by far, this new car purchase has been the most frustrating experience. The customer service I’ve received has given me such a negative perspective of the quality work this dealer claims to perform.

Emergency key still on order even though my car was there for a week for the body damage and recall. I am very satisfied with the work done it just seems like there’s a lack of communication between the service managers and the advisors. I have to come back again for when the key finally comes in.

I brought in my car at ~10am. My appointment is at 11:30am. My car was not done until after 2pm for an oil change and tire rotation! Worst service experience ever.
