I had questions and wanted assistance with a rental or a loaned vehicle. I was never able to get a hold of the service agent, even after leaving a massage, never received a call back. The time I did receive a call was because approval was needed for repairs. I did not have a positive experience.

My seatbelt was not fixed which is a safety concern because I have small children that need to use the seatbelt.
Tony was great. My comment is unrelated to his hospitality and service.
I just think that for recall appointment, it is already predetermined that the parts are needed, so I shouldn’t have to wait for the part to ordered and then come back to have the service completed.

Mario did a great job guiding me on what services was needed for my car by letting the mechanic inspect my car. Once I received the report from the mechanic I chose only two of the services to be done. The work was done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the services done on my car.
I paid for a carwash service and was very disappointed my car wasn't cleaned even tho i paid for that specific service

Upon arrival Alek greeted us. He was very informative about the service we were there for and pricing. He gave us a heads up about how much time we were estimated to wait. We didn’t have to go out of our way like other times and ask if our car is ready. He came to find us and placed our vehicle in a better area were we could access it and leave without feeling pressured.

I said that the steering wheel of my car started to shake while driving at a certain speed of 1 km, and for this, you told me that the technician suggested tire rotation and balance adjustment and that there was a fee of 189.90 dollars for this, I accepted this, but in the invoice you gave me, that there was no need for any action, that he could not find a malfunction, that the vehicle was in factory settings, that there was no need for this, and you wrote that no parts or manual labor was done, and you wrote that this money was only taken for troubleshooting and test drive of the vehicle, I asked you to make an explanation about this, but there was no feedback.
