To soon to tell how satisfied I am cuz I just picked up my Kona. Also, my experience with phone calls to Hyundai to check if my car was ready on time; I was made to wait for 15-ish min. on hold 3X's????!!

Too chaotic. Lots of cars and wait 29 minutes to see an advisor even with an appointment. I was promised a shuttle service and after waiting for a long time, it was going to take more time, so I took an Uber. It was just an oil change. I wanted to get an inspection on a rattling sound but that would take 1-2 days to check it, so forget it. Unless I have to, I will try some other dealer next time.
Just want to thank the service department I'm at 4 making me feel valued. Haven't felt that way since I bought my Hyundai.
Mario Ramirez, kept me informed by sending me texts and occasional phone call when I didn't reply to those texts. Really appreciate that.
Just like to thank the whole service department and the young lady that helped me with the loaner car Hyundai of Downey it really made me feel like a valued customer meet me feel like I was really appreciate it and valued.
I've been to several Honda dealerships since I've had my ionic 5, and have been truly disappointed in the customer service that I received especially from the one downtown LA, but Hyundai of Downey with their positive attitudes bright smiles and welcoming energy really made me feel special, thumbs up to you guys and thank you for making me feel valued
Have to go through a mission in order to get a rental or a loaner car was at the dealership for over three days before we were able to get a loaner
I was not greeted by Monica. I didn’t know her name until I saw it on a post it note on her desk. During the lane walk around, she told me to wait inside. She did not try to build rapport with me. She tried to upsell me on the maintenance package but I insisted on just the oil change. Was told an oil change was 1-1.5 hours but I waited 3.5 hours. By the 3rd hour, I saw my car parked out front for about 30 mins and my key was on her desk. I waited and waited and no one came. I assumed it was lunch time but I was furious at that moment since I didn’t eat lunch yet! I yelled at one of the male service advisors and he finally rung me up. Overall, the service was below par. I just wished the service was a bit quicker and was formally greeted.
Jose did an amazing job quick efficient and professional. Thank you for taking of my car and myself the tea and snacks were lovely. The bathroom sparkling clean and fresh , a friendly face around every corner asking have you been taking care of yet ? It’s truly the little things that is why i bought my car from Downey Hyundai and will continue to keep coming back .
Please hire more diversity staff so customers can feel comfortable.

Over 8 hours to fix a latch on fuel door and they “lost” my keychain!!! Still haven’t heard back from the manger. Horrible service horrible management and no type of communication
Please ask Mario to train all your new joining employees and maybe even some of the other dealerships can learn from you guys. I live near the City of Industry Hyundai and I would still prefer to drive 35-45 min to get service from Downey Hyundai. Thanks

I had a due bill with 3 items and only 1 of the 3 was fixed when it was returned to me.
Sad that you don't at least wash the cars anymore, now a fee. These cars are so expensive now that should still be a courtesy. Only disappointment. Alex was efficient.
Just wanted to clarify, the whole team at Downey was great. However I did not directly interact with Alek Duran, he only texted me my vehicle was ready. Not sure if Soda is Alek’s nickname but Soda was the one who greeted me and helped me get my vehicle’s recalls sorted out. He went above and beyond with his advice and was professional and courteous.
