Jose was great, he explained to me what was going to be done on the car. Checked for recalls & had it fixed & let me know as soon as my car was done. He is awesome!
I have a hyundai service center 2 miles away from my home but I choose to drive 11 miles because of Downey Hyundai's excellent service department.
I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I waited for few minutes in front of Mr. Martinez without being told “give a second” or “ I will be with you in a short time”.
Honestly very professional and super helpful despite how busy it got. Loved the thorough video of the service performed and multipoint inspection as i never seemed to get thorough mpi’s at other locations. Very awesome features and talented techs! Will definitely come back for future servicing! ????

I was happy to get a same day appointment. The only negative was that no rentals were available and had to have a family member come pick me up. I then had to rent a car by my house and then have a family member drive me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Glad the repairs were made but it did take 2 weeks which was longer than expected.
Alex did a great thorough job on my car.
Soda Pap was a wonderful assistant in helping me while checking me in explaining each possible need, and helped with a problem right away. Angel answered a technical question and handles problem.
