I liked everything, the customer service the attention that jose gave me hes professional at his job . The only thing that got me very disappointed was that they hit my car and scratched it . Im just glad that jose was honest and told me that the dealership takes full responsibility. Other than that everything is ok .

Erica has been extremely helpful since I dropped off my vehicle. she made sure I was taking well care of. She offered me coffee, showed me where the lounge was at. And she always made sure I understood each process with my vehicle-whether that was through a phone call or a text message, she always seems to communicate with me, and I value that. Thank you Erica for your patience and support for getting my vehicle feeling like s brand new.

Cristian Estrada is excellent. He answered all my questions and took care of everything for my car. He is super kind and smart at handling all the car stuff. Also Nancy was awesome as well. She was super helpful and guided me through all the paperwork for the loaner car.
