Problem was not fixed. Constant miscommunication between the service representatives and lying that we were informed. Taking my car to a different location without communicating with me. Not recharging the car to 100% after we were told they were. Lies that I never address the exact reason why I was taking the car when this is the THIRD time I’m taking the car in for the same problem. I was left without a car for days just for the problem not to be fixed.
Rene was very friendly and courteous during the visit and went above to make sure my wait for my vehicle was informative by providing me with vehicle status follow-up while I waited.
No car wash. High prices and charging just to check what’s wrong with car meanwhile asking to buy it off you. Suprised

Attention to detail is key in every aspect in life especially when it comes to great customer service and other people's properry. My vehicle was returned to me in unsatisfactory status. The steering column was not put back together, the cover wasn't in place. Wires,parts and plastic wrap on the floor of the driver side (Left over parts). A technician had to be called out to resolved the problem and complete the task on the spot. I was provided a video inspection report by the technician. Very unprofessional to have loud music blasting in the background and can't here your verbal auto report clearly. Please share the details with your entire team to create awareness and overall complete a task / job and make the client feel that his vehicle was handle and serviced to the highest standards. I greatly appreciated Alek's attention to detial and his listening skiĺs when l informed him of my concerns. After the vehicle was delivered, Alek made sure to pop the hood open. So that I myself could see that the work had been performed according to my satisfaction. He also turned on the car for me. So that we both could verify that the car was reset

I brought my car to get a part replaced, there was an inconvenience with the part so it needs to be reordered and that’s ok. I didn’t like that my car was left all greasy in the back bumper. I admit my car was all dusty when I left it at the dealer but I feel that they needed to clean all the grease in the bumper cause I did not bring it like that.

I spent a lot in service and wish could have gotten my car washed
The person who drove me home was playing very explicit music. When they came to pick me up they told me they had the wrong address and took a very long time to pick me up and I live around the corner from the dealership. I also waiting awhile to get my car from being serviced. One or more of the service I was told I needed I looked up online and found I didn't need it yet.

It's unfortunate but still very disappointing when a car part is not ordered or delivered correctly. I wasted time taking my car in, I was without a car for several hours and now I have to repeat the process again when the correct part is delivered. I have always taken my car in to this dealership for routine maintenance. For a company that claims to be number 1 in service I wish someone in the service department could have noticed my car's oxidated paint and had recommended it having it repainted when it was still under warranty. The same way you offer me specific maintenance at 10k, 20k and so on miles. Where was the number one service company then? My car is now 40k miles and I have owned it since 2022 so I was very disappointed when I found out the paint could have been addressed had I asked a year before, just around the time the oxidation became more obvious. I am an experienced car owner and a loyal customer to the company's that show me they have my best interest in mind. When the companies fail to meet my standard I will find a new one. I'd love to continue to patronize my local Hyundai but please do better in the service department.
Brought my car in for a recall. Then my car alarm stopped working. I am not happy with the bait and switch.
