It would have been helpful if someone had explained what occurred while they had my truck. I know recalls were being done, but when I picked up my vehicle, they just go here you go and give you some paperwork and you walk out the door.

I already posted a review on google! My experience last Friday was totally different from the time before. I’m so grateful for Brandi! I always wait there because it’s very comfortable. Brandi kept me informed on how much longer they would need. They have good free coffee available.

I got a text about 10:01 AM that the car is ready for pick up. So I approached cashier desk that I was there to pick up the car. The lady at the desk told me that they will call my name. So I went back to waiting area and wait for my name to be called. It was almost 12 o’clock, and my name was never been called. So I went to the cashier’s desk again and asked what happened and the lady said what is your name? So I told my name and she looked at the file and my receipt was there. So I’ve wasted almost 2 hours waiting to be called. I believe that was a very poor service wasting somebody else’s time. I felt like I was discriminated because nobody ever approached me or talked to me about my vehicle and I saw the other customer being approached by a bob Tyler employee. That was the worst experience ever. And to date I already bought four Toyota vehicle in your dealership. To rate this experience is worst.
