RJ Good Tristan Good very good
Everything was outstanding especially the service Crystal and all the others provided God Bless You All and keep up the fantastic work.
ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT HAVING RYAN CHRISTIANSEN AS MY REPRESENTATIVE FOR WORKING WITH MY TRUCK MAINTENANCE.
I'm very satisfied with the service that i have recirculation today. Mr.Mann,Thanks!
Ryan provided outstanding service by assuring me and giving clarity to a Toyota maintenance package I purchased a couple of years ago with my car. I felt like he listened to me. I’m not one to put up with a lot of crap. And that is what I really appreciated about him. He understood my concerns and kept me informed throughout the day. He was very respectful and polite. I was very thankful for his outstanding service and I would gladly recommend him to any customer.
I am beyond disgusted and incredibly disappointed with the continued lack of professionalism and customer service from Bob Tyler Toyota. While crystal was amazing and did everything she possibly could to help me the lack of follow through as a whole is beyond outrageous.
I was contacted on Monday and asked to bring my brand-new 2026 Toyota Tundra Platinum in on Friday so the dealership could finally attempt to resolve the issues that have existed since the day I purchased it. I specifically explained that I am a nurse and had to be at work by 8:00 a.m. They asked whether I would need a courtesy vehicle because they planned to keep my truck all day. I said yes, and I was assured that one would be available.
When I arrived promptly at 7:15 a.m., I was informed for the first time that there were no loaner vehicles at the dealership itself and that I would have to take a shuttle down to Enterprise but that it didn’t open until 8am. Had I been told this beforehand, I never would have scheduled the appointment on a workday.
It only got worse from that point.
By 755am I was still waiting for a shuttle and I had to go inquire about getting a ride down to the rental car agency. The employee who was supposed to drive the shuttle never even showed up for work. Another employee, who openly stated that driving customers was “not his job,” had to take me instead because supposedly his manager was yelling about the missing employee situation, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
When I arrived at Enterprise, I learned yet another surprise: I was expected to pay a security deposit for the rental vehicle. Once again, no one at Bob Tyler Toyota had bothered to mention this in advance.
Then after waiting another 45min so I was well and truly late for work at this point I was shown what was essentially a compact “smart car” sized vehicle. I had dropped off a full-size 2026 Toyota Tundra CrewMax with a 6.5-foot bed & had been assured I would receive a comparable vehicle. Instead, I was offered a tiny micro economy car that couldn’t reasonably accommodate two adults and luggage. I had to take my boyfriend to the airport after work, making that vehicle completely impractical. I was told I could wait a couple of hours and a full size vehicle could be dropped off if I wanted to wait that is. As a result, I had no choice but to get a return ride to the dealership, retrieve my truck, and leave without having the repairs completed.
This entire experience perfectly reflects the level of customer service I have received since purchasing this nearly $75,000 truck. It has been over a month and a half, and the Connected Services have never worked from day one. Despite countless phone calls, multiple appointments, broken promises, poor communication, and wasted time, the issue still has not been resolved and I have wasted now a total for 18hrs total attempting to fix the issue at this point between driving to the dealership for appointments and phone calls with Toyota customer care.
Bob Tyler Toyota has repeatedly failed to deliver on even the most basic commitments. The lack of communication, preparation, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. Purchasing a brand-new vehicle should be an exciting experience and not an ongoing source of frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment.
I simply expected the level of service that should accompany the purchase of a new Toyota. Instead, I have received excuses, misinformation, and one failure after another.
Greg was outstanding. You are very fortunate to have such a kind, caring professional employee‼️
Dustie **** was a super hero in rescuing me from a disastrous experience with the service and parts department. The cashier lady (elder African American) was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the resolution.
It was like getting a ???? from my Doctor.
Ellen is a wonderful advisor, she made sure that I was kept informed about my vehicle. She went through great length to make sure that I was fully satisfied about my services. I never had such a wonderful service.
Brandi Hughes did an excellent job. She did a lot of background work to check on warranty coverage for me. Her communication was clear and thorough pertaining to my vehicles state. 10/10
Super easy to work with, very helpful and informative. I hope I get her every time I come in for a service.
I felt like Greg had my best interest at heart. He was honest and informative.
