Brandi Hughes is who/what made my experience at the service center so wonderful. She is truly a gem. She was very friendly, made me feel at ease with having service done to my vehicle, and she didn’t ever make me feel rushed to make a decision. She demonstrated utmost professionalism but with such a polite and friendly demeanor. She deserves a raise with how well she treats the customers! I hope I get to work with Miss Hughes again!

Ryan was such a bright spot in my morning! He had a big, warm & welcoming smile when he approached my car & his energy was contagious! It was almost like he was giving me a great big morning hug with his smile! Great customer service!

Stayed in contact while I waited took about an hour, which was great thank you I will drive from Milton to go to Bob Tyler because I trust them with my vehicle and I plan on keeping it in good shape traded in when I buy another vehicle from you guys

Ms.Ellen was amazing and treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. We were using a different Toyota dealership in the Destin area and the customer service has been subpar lately. Glad we decided to come back to Bob Tyler Toyota where we origionally purchased our 4Runner. We truly enjoyed the entire experience !

I truly do not understand with a vehicle that is less than a year old,less than 10,000 miles and you recommended over $200 worth of upgrades for a free oil change. That sounds like shady business. I do not trust your company.

The truck was very dirty inside after they were done servicing it. I keep it very nice looks new. It had literally never been that dirty before. Thankfully I was able to get it all off the door panel and arm rest.
