We have had our van serviced at Bob Tyler since 2014, the problem I have is the statement due to the age and mileage you are not responsible for any damages! We take care of our vehicle and when we come to have an inspection and see what needs to be scheduled in the future.
I think our van is taken care of and just because it has 245,000 miles on it should be treated as a good as a new van. I will look at the list of things
That needs most attention and go from there. I also want to request you use my wife’s information for contacting in the future.

Nick was great, but there was tons of oil spots and residue all over my interior. On the passenger seat, glovebox, center console, door card. This is the second time ive been in and gotten oil stains all over my interior. Its kinda weird to not cover the interior of an expensive truck
