Quality, efficient service
Thank you
Ellen was great. Very helpful.
She is very nice and courtesy. Very professional.
I consider her a valuable employee.
I wanted to know about the issue with the peeling clear coat on my hood because it started to peel all at once. It was obvious when I returned to get my car that the service representative did not even look into it just by his response. Now the last time I had an oil change I had to have my car towed back in because the oil leaked all out of my car so I stayed away from Bob Tyler Totyota for awhile awhile. I am still not happy with your service. I more than likely will never go back
If I would have known they were going to check it next, I would have waited as opposed to coming back t next morning. Recieved t text about t time I pulled into my place from leaving Toyota, when I dropped it off.
Well done. Timely work completion. Thanks.
Everything was thorough and done in a timely manner. Crystal is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with.
I was met by Dusty, told how long it would take to complete the service and I hung out in the waiting area the waiting area was well appointed (donuts and coffee) and I was called by Dusty earlier than expected and I was on my way. Well Done!
Dusty took care of our Highlander. She got it to us quickly and delivered the keys without having to call out our names.
I really appreciate Chris walking me through the process each trial in, he is courteous and thorough
I left disappointed with my service experience because I don’t feel the diagnostic process was explained clearly up front. I brought my 2024 Camry in for an oil change and Blind Spot Monitor issue after the rear bumper had been damaged. I explained that I believed the impact had knocked the sensor out of alignment. I agreed to pay a $170 diagnostic fee because I expected it would determine exactly what needed to be repaired.
Instead, the diagnostic identified that the sensor is misaligned and you all recommended removing the bumper to inspect the mounting and attempt a calibration for an additional $548, without a guarantee that would even fix the issue. From my perspective, I paid $170 only to be told that further inspection is needed to determine the repair. Had I understood that the initial diagnostic would only consist of pulling codes and would not include inspecting the sensor or mounting, I may have made a different decision.
My frustration isn’t so much with the technician, though he could use some training working on his customer service skills I will say. It’s with the expectation that was set regarding what the diagnostic fee would accomplish. I think customers should be told upfront that the initial diagnostic may only identify the next diagnostic step rather than the actual repair.
Very helpful.Went out of her way to solve my problem with a wrong battery that I bought
Was treated as a valued customer, as always. Service was completed in a timely manner while we waited and was given a reminder of things I needed to self-fulfill since I preferred to complete those things myself.
Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and keeps you up to date on the progress.
3 hours for an oil change is excessive!!
