I am happy with the service. I just didn't get an explanation of the complete service done.
Greg Mann was great (as usual) to work with.
However, Bob Tyler can improve their process by providing time estimates for each recommended repair when sending the inspection recommendations.
The vin, color,trim on paper work was my last 4Runner. Woody and service was great.
I appreciate Ms. ****’s honesty and professionalism.
I enjoy seeing Mr. Mann each time, for my scheduled maintenance. Mr. Mann is very friendly, accommodating, straight forward, and does a great job communicating what is going on, and setting expectations. I've seen Mr. Mann in the service waiting area offering such patience and grace with other customers he's been assigned to, and it shows he is very professional and courteous to everyone he works with. I want to shout out Robert Hairston and Jordan for doing an amazing job providing maintenance and the video inspection for me today! What a great team, give them all raises!! Thank you for your service- Greg, Jordan, and Robert- I know how hard it is, to put on a smile everyday, work long hours, and try to make everyone happy. Shout out to Miss Clarissa Taylor- she was very friendly and welcoming at checkout- I KNOW that's a hard job. Thank you all - I had like $1000 of services done today, since I approved all the dealership recommendations sent to me in the report. I know that was a lot of work and just know... We see you, and you are all appreciated! Keep fighting the good fight!! I'm serious about the raises btw.

If I wanted an automobile that needed 1400.00$ Maintence after three years of owning I would have bought a General Motors product . I have owned five Toyotas over the years and was never presented an estimate anywhere near the Maintence recommendation I received today. Is this a sign that Toyota is on a race to the bottom or is it a sign that the dealership is a to say the least a wry unethical money grubbing ****? Needless to say today I lost a lot of faith in Toyota and felt like Bob Tyler Toyota was simply wanting to rob me. After receiving the forms listing the 1400.00 dollars worth of Maintence and letting the technician know that I thought they weee trying to rob me I was told that o needed to fill out a online form showing that I declined their money grubbing recommendations at which time I told him I don’t have to fill out any f..c.n for and that I wanted my automobile. My entire experience was one in which I felt as if no Tyler Toyota considered me a sucker that they could sale any number of outrageous recommendations.
In closing Toyota lost a lot of their prior pristine reputation today and Bob Tyler Toyota definitely will never receive another dime from me

My name was spelled wrong although I gave the correct spelling. They also had the wrong phone number down even though I told them it was wrong and I gave the correct phone number. I waited longer than need be because of this error.
Mr. Chris kept me informed about my vehicle. He also went over and beyond to ensure I was able to get the necessary repairs completed within my budget.
