The only thing that bothered me was I was under the impression that today’s oil change would be free. The service person I spoke to on the phone said I had “plenty” of free oil changes coming to me. ?? I paid the $82 and left. I talked to Chris about it. I brought my car there Tuesday around 12 you have a service. I was having issues with my 2026 RAV4 engine light all the lights on in the vehicle. No one ever called me at the end of the day to give me any information on my vehicle, I called the next day around one to find out what was going on with my vehicle because no one ever call me to let me know and it took a while to get someone I had to keep calling customer service so young lady finally went back there and got my service guy and he called me back at about 10 minutes to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I feel like someone should have gotten back with me that day and they did not. I do not feel that my service was great dear on dropping my vehicle.
Bad experience … it took 2.5 hours just to get oil change. I had an appointment @ 7:05am .. and I was the only one in the waiting room. The inside building was empty .. no body. And 2.5 hours later… my truck still not done yet. If I didn’t ask for the service advisor. I would have still sitting down and waiting. He didn’t even come to me to give the update or anything until I have to ask the cashier and she paged him twice then he showed up.
Greg has taken care of my RAV4 for six years and he’s wonderful and so understanding. He even helped me get a sales person to take care of me and I bought a new car. I’ll be picking it up tomorrow that man in sales that took care of me is TONY.
