Have dealt with Mr Mann for years and impressed with his professionalism and courteous manners. Impressed with the technician of evaluating the work on my vehicle and advising me if future maintenance.

I was told when I called for high mileage service on my truck that whatever is not needed I will not have to pay for. She literally told me that if my truck needs everything that it would be 699.00 but that would be the most I would pay if it needs everything on the list but if it doesn’t need everything then it would only be what I had to have done. But when I arrived for my service appointment I was told that it is a service package instead of individual items. The package included an oil change that my truck was not due for but the oil change could not be taken off the price of the package, like I was told when I called. So I had to pay for an oil change I did not need. My truck was not due for an oil change for another 3,000 miles.
