I know everyone probably works on a commission or add on bonus but if I wasn’t alert there would have been too many add ons

I was satisfied with the service but waited for approximately 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and new key fob. Yes, I did have an appointment. There were other people in the lounge area that were also complaining about their wait. The wait time seems excessive.

It seems that it should not have take two visits to find the problem. Checking the coil connected to the spark plugs would have been a good idea and I don’t know whose responsibility that was , the mechanic or Woody.

The service was exactly or even more than expected. RJ took good care of the vehicle and I was about 30 minutes early for my appointment and RJ got me back promptly. To be honest I think was was completed and leaving the dealership 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I liked the progress report you sent me. The dealership was clean and the employees were pleasant. I had the opportunity to speak with “Cowboy” in the parking lot and had a great conversation and he seemed to be honest and up front about the vehicles even though I wasn’t in yhe market to purchase. I have a maintenance plan purchased from another dealers and RJ was clear about the method in using it when needed in the future. Great Job. Based on my encounter I would definitely consider purchasing from Bob Tyler.
I went in on 5/11 @ 3:15pm to grab an oil change and get a missing screw replaced on my 2025 Camry. The technician was notified of the issue and said he put in a screw but never actually did it.

2 hours for a oil change is way to long of a wait
1 hr 45 min for an oil change. $89 for an oil change. Very bad cell coverage and no wifi means that in additon to costing me $89, it cost me 1 hr 45 minutes of valuable work time. Last week I took my Honda in for an oil change. It took about 35minutes and I was able to work comfortably from the waiting area. They also had free water and soda. You want people to pay for those things. Frankly, I'm probably taking my Toyota to the Honda service department. The young lady that was my service agent (at your place) was nice and helpful. It's just that the rest of the experience was sub-standard.
