My service representative Phillip Woody was the best service representative that I have had in the 15 years that I have been coming to Bob Tyler. He is fabulous.

My technician went above and beyond. Always satisfied with bob tyler. Thank you all.
I will be up there tomorrow. My 4runner came back with several dents on the running boards, white chalky substance on the inside near the glove compartment. My rims were scratched on all 4 tires and chipped in several places. For a $500 service and to come back with a damages, has left me severally upset.
Exceeded expectations on first visit with my Crown Signas purchased elsewhere. You rock! Ive had vehicles serviced at the Pensacola Honda and Nissan dealerships and you are the top. Keep it up. Thx.
Greg did an outstanding job getting my truck in and serviced. He kept me informed of the progress and what all needed to be done. The service took a little longer than expected but that wasn’t Greg’s fault.
Chris was the best if it wasn’t for him I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been able to get reservice today
Gregg is a total professional and very trustworthy. He is one of the reasons that my dog and I don’t mind sitting for a couple of hours in the waiting room.
During the course of my service appointment I was given an estimate of roughly $1200. I asked if there were any additional fees. I was told taxes would be “maybe another $20.” I was also told that I was eligible for an $80 rebate. Those two things made it fiscally easier for me to approve the unexpected purchase and installation of four new tires as opposed to going elsewhere. I initially came in for an oil change.
At checkout I was told my total was over $1400. I was told at that moment, “oh yeah, the taxes are actually more.” I didn’t like it but services were rendered and I was tired and wanted to go home. I processed the rebate info to Michelin as soon as I got home because I was not expecting to make such a large purchase and would really appreciate some of that money back. I then received an email from Michelin stating that I am not eligible for the rebate because of the promotion that was used to purchase my tires (buy 3, get one for a dollar).
I understand there are exceptions and fine print and mistakes. This is about managing customer expectations. Clear pricing and accountability would be appreciated going forward. I would like someone to reach out to me with regards to my experience.
It was our first visit to Bob Tyler and definitely won’t be our last. Thanks for taking care of my wife’s first service on her 2023 Toyota Rav4. She loves her practically new car.
