Was not satisfied at all !
I think the two labor charges for installing the two filters was excessive.
Screwed up the wheel balance, could not continue my trip, had to stop and have wheel balance redone. All 4 wheels were severely misbalanced.
Mr Peavy provided excellent service. I was very impressed with his attitude and efficiency. I will ask for his services on my next visit.

Cap was so easy to talk to and listened very well. He had great communication on what was happening with the car and how long it would take. The service team hit every timeline that they told me with no delay. What a great service experience!!
Appt was at 315 we checked in at 3. At 430 they just started rotating tires. Nothing against workers but things should be managed a little better 2 hour wait for a 45/ hour job with an appt

First I was told I had a screw in my tire and it would be 422.00 to fix I respectfully declined. Then got into my car and everything from my glove box was left out all on my passenger seat. Brought my car to Sam’s Club to get a tire and they took off all four tires and searched for said screw. They did several different tests on each tire and nothing was found. Not even any of the marks that were on the photo sent to me during inspection. This a my third time coming here and I always have been pleased with the service just this time. Honestly felt like I was being scammed after bringing my car somewhere else and had 3 other mechanics look at it and they were also puzzled. But other than that, I have always been pleased with the services.
I have had Crystal as my advisor for just about every one of my visits, she is always pleasant no matter what the current conditions may be. 10/10 would recommend Crystal to be a service advisor
