Serenah was great. She was knowledgeable and if she didn’t know she went and got the answer. She was upfront and honest about wait times and such. I really appreciate and value that and time is very valuable to me. I plan to make sure she is available the next time I come in for my vehicle to be serviced.
Ellen did a great job and she should be commended for her customer service efforts, but it was a disappointing visit for a couple of reasons. First things cropped up that weren't expected. I had come in for an 80k check for $190, that's what I anticipated but I got a diagnostic for over $700... I don't mind fixing the stuff that needs fixing, but to give me a list of things to add on to just becuase I came in for a 80k check? Also, I even had to return because a maintenance light wasn't turned off.. not because they forgot but because they couldn't "figure it out". Instead of finding someone in the garage to turn the light off, the team working on my car just decided to return it to me with it still on...????? And I only learned that on the highway home, requiring me to return to have someone who know how, to turn it off. The supervisor did... and he took care of it. But why wasn't that done before it was returned to me???
As always Bob Tyler Toyota has delivered an excellent job on my car. Thank you Greg Mann for taking care of all of my auto needs.
Ellen did a great job communicating and keeping us informed. Answered questions and let me know the price for the wiper blades in the estimate was incorrect as they were on sale. Also addressed a recall we were unaware of.
Charles was Great, however your AI is not good for when setting up the appointment
He was a great help in the process.

Mr. Greg is terrific, helpful and very knowledgeable. His customer service is second to none. As for the checkout service, just like in the past, it’s amazing how the women don’t acknowledge customers immediately. I guess in the future, I will be the first one to speak up and ask if I can be helped since obviously they are not there to provide service just collect payment.
He was great, I highly appreciate him being there he’s the only person who didn’t judge me or give me attitude like some of other you employees did
