I was told all my radio stations would be saved. They were not. I had to get Leo to help me reset them. Apparently there was no device attached to my computer hook up in the vehicle before the old battery was replaced. Also there was no corrosion protection spray on the battery terminals. However all the safety checks were done very well. I’m disappointed that Bob Tyler doesn’t wash the vehicle after the service anymore. Oh BTW the coffee was excellent my hats off to whoever makes it ????
Crystal was very hard-working and conscientious. Despite my phone issues here, she persisted ending up primarily using text messaging to keep me informed and updated.

Showed up at 10:35 for a 10:45 appointment. Had to wait inside my car until 10:55 for advisor to come out while multiple other advisors kept checking and asking where the assigned one was.
Great service but 2 hrs for oil change. I really don’t see a reason for appointment.

My service did a good job; however athe use of internet communications made the overall experience feel impersonal. There were recommendations made that were not valid overall, I don't plan on coming back.
