Greg has been taking care of my vehicles for 10+ years and I have never been disappointed in the service. He is the only person that I truly trust and whatever he advises is exactly what I do as far as my maintenance is concerned.
Serenah was fine. However I had an appointment at 8:45 for an oil change and a tire rotation and left at noon. An oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take 3 hours!

Great Service! I appreciate the personal service- I was frequently updated. I feel confident that Greg will make sure my van gets serviced in a timely manner and that all recommended and required services are taken care. I appreciate Greg’s expertise and knowledge. My prepaid services are all used but I continue to use your service department because of Greg Mann. I only trust him to oversee my van repairs and service.

It was a good experience because they did not try to up sell me on something not needed. I speak in reference to the cabin filter and tire check. I would have very wary of going back if they had suggested either category needed attention as all tires changed past 6 months or less and the cabin air filter nchanged in last month.
I am very suspect on Dealer recommendations or chain repair services as I have found for the most part recommended service is either not needed because the service recommended or part replacement is is revenue driven rather than needed service. Or, what is recommended is not in the vehicle. I have had the afore mentioned services or part replacement tried on me in the past.
So, if your service advisors are tempted to be over zealous or unscrupulous, retrain or replace them.
Other dealers wash the car before returning it to me.
Greg has been my service advisor for many years. He’s a straight shooter who is a pleasure to have explaining any issues.
