Almost 2 hours for a simple tire rotation even when I have an appointment is ridiculous!
I would prefer to deal with Meghan on any future visits. Most helpful.

Service was extremely slow. Appointment was at 9:30, I wasn’t back in my car until 12:15. Additionally I had to go to the cashier desk about my car because I was advised it was being pulled up. After waiting nearly 30 minutes I went to desk. To then wait another 30 minutes for my car with back and forth. I understand waiting an hour or two. But I had a oil change and tire rotation nearly 3 hours is unreasonable.
Staff is very friendly abd kept me informed.
You got me in so quickly. I did not have an appointment but I have been coming to Toyota since 1998. My car started messing up on the way to work. I pull up and walked in. First person I saw was Ms. Shelia. She took good care of me and her personality and customer services are great.

Greg Mann always makes sure that I’m taken care of quickly and effectively. I think the new system of the technician taking a video of the 10 point inspection goes a long way with the customer. Great work!

My experience with Greg was excellent as always.
I was in and out in under an hour.
I ended up paying for my service today when it was covered by my prepaid maintenance because the employee didn’t want to take the time to call it in since my vehicle was purchased at another dealership. She argued it wasn’t covered. So now I have to call the company to get refunded.
I come there because I know Greg will take care of me after the sale. I bought my cars there knowing I could trust the service department. The stories about the poor services at other dealers make me glad you are there.

Service advisor was great. I have to go back to have vehicle serviced so I’m not happy about that. Historicity I haven’t had good experiences with Bob Tyler Toyota.
I have dealt with two service advisors Greg and Brandi H, they’re awesome and might be the only reason I come back.
For the technicians I just have to trust they do what I’m paying for and that trust was lost today. After leaving with my vehicle, less then a mile down the road, my steer started whopping excessive over 40mph. I turned around brought it back and the tech said it was balancing issue, which I believe not to be true, then when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told there are none here on Saturday. That’s completely unsat!!! When I left a second time I took the interstate and my truck still didn’t feel completely right so I took it to Discount Tire. The tech there said whoever just balanced my tire was just stacking weights on top old ones instead of balancing it properly. I do all my service with your dealership and you might have just lost me forever as a customer and I’ll be reporting all this to corporate.

I wasted five hours in your facility today getting my key fob replaced there is absolutely no reason in the world. It should’ve taken that long. This is the third time. I’ve tried to send this information to you however, it doesn’t seem to want to send. This is my last time. I will try to send this. If not, I will post it on my Facebook page do better Bob Tyler Toyota that was absolutely ridiculous.
