I had right rear rim replaced. Mechanics left gunk all around rim. Attendant who walked out with me to look at it noticed there was no stem cap. She went to get one. We didn’t notice the gunk. I saw it when I got home.
Christa was great. She was efficient and kind. I told her that we wanted to give comments about the dealer. Our service providers at home provide free snacks. We were there for over 3 hours and knew that it was going to be a long appointment. At your dealership, snacks had to be purchased. A small bag of M&Ms cost $4.00. Also, our home dealership gives us a ticket for a free car wash. Part of the reason we were there today was to correct a recall . We feel that some free snacks would be better in this situation where we trust you with our car and spend a decent amount of money to keep our car safe and running. It is a suggestion. Thank you!
I would rather not be contacted about my service. I spent an adequate amount of time at the service department and do not wish to have any more time wasted. I had a scheduled appointment. Not only that, but a scheduled 7:45 AM apt being one of the first customers at the service center. The first available appointment should result in somewhat speedy service as the days events have not unfolded into backups and delays that might occur. Upon arrival it took more than 15 minutes for my assigned service manager to fully check me in and that was after a different representative took notice of how long I had been standing outside my car. The initial delay is something I could have let go, but it was a glimpse into the longest wait I have ever encountered for a scheduled oil change. It was 7:45 when I began at 10 AM when I was given my keys back. It is unacceptable for a business to accept an appointment time and then take such liberties. It was not my first less than stellar experience at Bob Tyler but it was bad enough this is the first time I am compelled to give such strong feedback. Do better.
