I was quoted a water pump replacement for $1,000 along with a cabin filter and engine filter replacement. When I went to pick the car up the bill was for $1,700. I was told that sometimes the quote dosnt include parts and taxes.. seems like that’s a major thing not to include. My car was also given to a stranger and it took 30 minutes to track it down and get my car back. Ellen was very kind and easy to get ahold of but overall my experience with Bob Tyler was not great.
Brandi was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and honest. Will definitely be using her for my future appointments!

Took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appt. Didn’t get any updates until I finally got up and asked.

It was an unexpected long delay (over 6 hours) when 3 hours were projected for service, 2 recalls, and 4 new Michelin tires. Recalls were not completed , thus require another trip. I live an hour away and am in a wheelchair. Meghan was very courteous and helpful as was shuttle driver,Robert!
Christa was very polite and cheery, easy to talk to and answered any questions I had.

That meant a lot to me. When she went over the recommended services she was clear and explained everything to me !

The check engine light was on when I turned in the car and then was told it would be $165 just to check it so I declined - then I get the service report saying everything is ok - I got the code accessed at Firestone 2 days later saying the engine coolant is low and that’s why the light was turned on - why wasn’t the coolant topped off during service !
