I was surprised that I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours for a software update that was needed because of a mistake on Toyota’s part. It seems that a recall by the manufacturer, which was needed for my safety, should take priority over oil changes and other routine maintenance.

I asked my service advisor to have the windshield wipers checked because they are streaking across the windshield badly. As far as I can tell, they were not checked.
Took my car in with high hopes. NO. You guys had my car for 3 hours. To tell
Me only thing is wrong with my car. When it runs entirely like crap. I wanted to take it to the experts but obviously your team wasn’t right for this. Took it a different. They told me the following issues within an hour and a half.(and had my parts) The engine cover under neath the hood is cracked before we started the repair. Air ride struts are making noise and sway bar end links are worn out and need to be replaced. Cylinder 1 & 3 misfires. The C1201 EV Control malfunction and the C1646 Power steering system malfunction are related to the 5 volt reference missing and the most common cause is bad knock sensors and or wiring, but these are located under the intake manifold, we would have to remove the intake to diagnose that issue, the C1641 is a ECM Failure, would have to have a new ECM and reprogramming, the C1391 is a ABS module internal failure and is the cause of the brake issue, will need a new abs pump and module assembly with a reprogramming. Both front inner ball joints are busted and loose. Bob Tyler Toyota and there team Disappointed and Robbed me. Would never recommend anyone to get there car serviced here.
