Crystal got me in and out in time to make it to another commitment. She was polite and pleasant and helped me with a discount at the end.
I think $70 for an oil change is pricey but not unreasonable. $70 for a tire rotation is way to expensive so i elected not to get it done. I would like to see Bob Tyler's parts website more interactive with being able to shop parts, tires...etc without having to call in to talk or be on hold.

Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the technician that serviced my 4Runner: (1) I was told fog lights needed to be replaced. I declined this service because I felt this was incorrect. As soon as I received my 4Runner, I tested the fog lights with no issues. Perhaps the technician do no know the headlights have to be on (not day light running lights), before the fog lights can be turned on. (2) Broken and one missing retention clip for the radiator cover in the engine compartment. I have placed an order to fix this issue. (3) Positive battery cap was not installed back onto battery. (4) Radiator fluid liquid around top of reservoir cap. Please Note: This is the first time I can recall

Service provided: Replaced bad battery that was still under warranty, and oil change. This took 3 hours. No update was given until it was requested after 2 hours. Waited 15 minutes before Service technician arrived to take my information. Service was not personable at all.
