I’ve owned my 2010 Tundra for over 6 years and have always taken it to a Toyota dealer for all maintenance. It just keeps going great. Last week I drove it from Idaho to Florida and took it to the Pensacola for an oil change and break check. All work was done well and I’m looking forward to driving it for several years to come. Thanks Toyota for the great service.
Do not contact me. The service manager is already aware of the issue I had with Krista and she corrected the problem.
Megan has great customer service skills. She was courteous, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and explained every step patiently. Megan was also friendly.
The mileage is not working properly on the dash. The air conditioner make the Sterling wheel vibrate when turned on. That was not happening before the service. When we were coming to Pensacola it wasn't shaking. My son drove it and said i need to bring it back.
Superb service. Lexus performer: Low noise, high output!
Great job! Thank you. I will be returning for future services.

After 1 year with my Tundra, im happy with the truck and the service
Ryan was so helpful with my service. He kept me informed along the way. He is truly a great asset to your team. I look forward to receiving the survey.
Ellen was great to work with
Thankful for free oil change and comments on car. Went to where I bought battery and it was under warranty and got a free battery and got tires rotated for free also. Saved a lot of money coming to see you all.
This is the only location I’ve been to that don’t wash my car after service as much as I pay that should be courtesy. My customer service team was not very good I felt like I was lied to
Meghan was very professional, knowledgeable with some technical
questions I had regarding services. I would be grateful to have Meghan White again as my service advisor.
Respectfully,
Stanley H
Where do I even start. Was called with an offer of a free oil change. Got the oil knocked out by Bob Tyler Toyota and luckily thought to check their work while pumping gas after the oil change by checking the dipstick. There was no oil on the dipstick. I discovered that the oil was going from the oil filter (my guess is the o-ring wasn’t installed or it rolled during reinstall which could’ve been due to not lubricating it prior to the reinstall) I’m currently getting taken care of, but anxious about the quality of work that will be done to ensure my engine will be thoroughly checked before I put my family back in the car. Hoping for the best here. Other than that, I love Toyota, and the employees at Bob Tyler are always super nice.
I was greeted warmly and timely by Christa and her team. My car given a thorough checkout and I was informed in real time of the status of each system. This is the first time that I have been able to follow each stage. I will now look forward to returning to Bob Tyler for future maintenance if and when needed.
RJ was polite and professional and knowledgeable. He communicated well. My car was serviced quickly.
