Was quoted 1hr to 1.5 hours, so I was fine to wait at the shop. It took just over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And you don’t even wash the vehicle, which was surprising. If I had been quoted 2-3 hours I could have gotten a ride home and done work, and would have been fine with it.
Great detailed work Charles even gave me a little discount thank you which we never go after buying 6 Toyota cars from Bob Tyler . Video technology was a superb idea to let me visualize the work . a hundred mile check. I pray my car will keep going Keep up the great job guys

I’ve owned my 2010 Tundra for over 6 years and have always taken it to a Toyota dealer for all maintenance. It just keeps going great. Last week I drove it from Idaho to Florida and took it to the Pensacola for an oil change and break check. All work was done well and I’m looking forward to driving it for several years to come. Megan has great customer service skills. She was courteous, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and explained every step patiently. Megan was also friendly.
The mileage is not working properly on the dash. The air conditioner make the Sterling wheel vibrate when turned on. That was not happening before the service. When we were coming to Pensacola it wasn't shaking. My son drove it and said i need to bring it back.
