Absolutely wonderful service. At other Toyota places it took me 3+ hours for oil change and tire rotation. Today I was in and out in 45 min! Couldn’t ask for better service!
Greg Mann was a great service associate today. He got me checked in right on time....I waited only 2 minutes before he was there checking me in. Asked if car was ready and service rep said no we’ll call you when it’s ready and bring up the carI say for another 45-60 minutes waiting and finally went to the desk to check the status and a not so nice lady said oh you’re been ready for an hour…very dismissive and no sorry we made you wait an hour for no reason. Not a good start for my fist service call…really disappointed!!

I ordered lug nuts days before my appointment and drop my car off all day just to find out the lug nuts ordered were the wrong ones.
Easy intake, convenient shuttle transportation, and very cool video from the service tech showing the inspection and recommendations. Great experience overall and honored the discounts discussed without any issues.

Well over 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and some fuel cleaner service. Way too long of a wait honestly. Ellen was fine, just a busy day which slowed things down.
