Bob Tyler toyota, that is the only place I'll go to get my car serviced. Customer service, Megan was very pleasant. They were very thorough with the work that was done. I was pleased with how quick they had finished as well.

Christa was awesome. I would request her next time. I should not have been there again. My bad tire on my brand new truck purchase should have been replaced when I bought it they chose to overinflate it and have me drive 7 days instead which could have caused it to blow out

Minor issues- they helped me connect to my dash camera and my screen wasn’t going dark when it should because of my dashmat. They were very helpful and made me feel important. I appreciate the services I receive at Bob Tyler!

Crystal was extremely kind and helpful the entire time I was there! She was very thorough when explaining everything and very patient with me when I would ask how much time I should expect was left to wait. The service done to the vehicle took some time, (8-9 hours), but I was more than willing to wait for the excellent service. After driving my vehicle around a bit and feeling the difference, I am left very satisfied with the entire experience.
