I was met by Meghan White (Service Writer) a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. She was friendly, outgoing and to the point about my scheduled service. Meghan had already reviewed my vehicle service history and knew why I was there. We discussed the 5K service and the Toyota Recall that I wanted done. She verified everything was available for the recall and discussed the time involved. She wanted to ensure I was prepared to wait for the service and that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced in any way. I assured her waiting wouldn’t be an issue. The several hours passed by quickly. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious and has a number of amenities. Meghan notified me when my vehicle was ready and took me to the cashier while she pulled my vehicle around to the pickup area. She verified I had my key fob, all of my service paperwork and wanted to make sure that all of my questions were thoroughly answered. I found Meghan to be conscientious, concerned and very thorough. She’s an excellent ambassador for the ‘Bob Tyler Brand!’ Thank you to the entire Bob Tyler Team!
