I wanted to purchase my new tires from Bob Tyler so they would remain part of my scheduled maintenance. Greg did a very good job communicating with me and providing quotes for my new tires. He was also very responsive with scheduling my appointment & arranging for a rental car. I did not request a revised quote when I realized the final quote was for the previous/outdated version of the tire. I was under the impression that the difference between the two tires was minimal, unfortunately the price was significantly more expensive. The savings from purchasing the tires from another store would have offset the inconvenience of having to schedule 2 separate maintenance appointments for my truck. I am pleased with Greg as my service representative and the tires I purchased, but I will be more diligent in my research before I make another large maintenance decision. Brought my truck in for service and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, upfront, and kept me informed the whole time. They got everything done when they said they would, and my truck is running smooth. No surprises, no pressure, just honest and efficient work. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. I’ll be back for future service.
