This was my first service with Bob Tyler since moving to the area. I had such a great experience with Christa. She was such a pleasure to deal with and took great care of me and my Tundra. So happy you have Mobile 1 (the only oil I put in my Tundra). I will be back for all my future service needs and will definitely request Christa every time!!

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM. I was told the work would be a couple hours. I had to contact my service rep to find out the status of my vehicle. It was not completed until close to 4 PM. Unsatisfactory! My entire day was used waiting, no follow up unless I called or texted first. Why did this take so long? UNSATISFACTORY.
G Mann is the best. We've used him for many years and actually enjoy seeing him. Typically the service is done well with very few hiccups. We could take our van elsewhere but trust Bob Tyler.
The receptionist is a disaster; she doesn't know where the customer service office is, nor does she know where the office is to pick up the vehicles after maintenance.

Ellen was wonderful. She kept me informed from day one about the problems with my car. She kept in daily contact with me on repair status. She looked for ways to help save me money on repairs. I think she is a key player on the Bob Tyler Toyota Team!!!

Meghan was great. Friendly,patient, and understanding. A significant unexpected repair issue arose and while it caused some concern or frustration, Meghan was able to answer questions calmly and give us some advice about the situation. I think she handled everything very well.

From start to finish outstanding customer service all the way . Your treated like a customer like the on screen status of your vehicle in the customer service area. This place has always been were i take my Rav for service. Knowing it going to be right the fist time .
