Yes, I was extremely satisfied with Phillip Woody and my complete service experience. Phillip Woody was very kind, personable, and very attentive to the service of my Lexus. The service on my Lexus was thorough and done in a very timely matter. The only thing that would have made it a more perfect experience would have been having a small complimentary (8 oz) bottle of water available to customers waiting for their vehicles. ????

Christa was very friendly and she did a wonderful job making sure my vehicle was fixed properly and she also took the time to explain the sunbit financing option, which was great for me as a customer, because it allowed me to pay my bill in payments instead of upfront all at once. This in turn allowed me to get all of my vehicle maintenance done in one day instead of making multiple visits. I am also thankful for the shuttle taking me to and from my home because I had alot of things to work on at home, so it was nice to be able to get all of that done while my vehicle was being worked on, so it made it ALOT less stressful on me. Thank you christa for your help and for arranging the shuttle for me!!
