I have no idea what was done. I’ve left 4 messages for call back and received 0. The paperwork said due to the age and mileage of my vehicle it was not covered (2025, 15,500). I finally spoke with Cowboy today and will be in on Friday for answers. Worst service ever!
I'm unsatisfied so far. My car had 3 messages on the dash. Check abs system, check vsc system, check brake system. Bring to dealership immediately 830am I show up for my appointment. I was told a diagnostic test would be ran. 11 am I get a quote for recommendation work to be done. None of the which had to do with the reason the car was brought in.I responded to the quote at 1120am. Nobody responded to me on the quote decline or from me leaving multiple voice messages so I went back to the location around 140pm. Then to be told they need to do an electric diagnostic test that will cost $510 instead. I leave around 2pm. At 330pm I received a message saying my car is all set to be picked up. I call the shop again and no answer. So I go back to the location around 345pm. Only to be told my car isn't ready. It was an error because a technician set the job as completed and it was not completed. It's now the next day at 11:44 am and still have no answer on what is going on with my car.
Ryan was very easy to work with and friendly. He made my experience with Bob Tyler Toyota and good one.
