My service advisor was so kind, professional and a great communicator. The only thing that I want to question was the video that showed my air filter, the video did not show my filter being removed, but showed 2 filters laying on the engine area. These filters were shown very dirty and it was suggested that these be replaced which I did not opt for, my husband pulled the filters when I got home and they were not dirty. I believe this is not a true reflection of my filters, but a way to make someone think they need a replacement when they don’t, by showing people a “dirty filter” that may be shown to sell a product/service in an in-truthful manner.
