Shouldn’t take over an hour for an oil change. Gentleman arrived after me and left nearly 20 minutes prior to me. Please explain how this happens. My appointment was at 0700 and I arrived around 0635. He arrived around 0645.
I asked to have the brakes looked at as they were squeaking. Was told pads were ok but other parts needed lubricating. Got home and problem not solved. Returned to store and on inspection told pads were worn and warped and needed to be replaced. Apparently pad thickness only like 0.4 mm over minimum. To get all that needed to done took me three 2 hour trips from Gulf Shores to get the work done. Making third trip Tuesday.
I sent an email this morning that sums up my frustration with my experience there. You can ask Mr Negron to divulge it. I also copied that email to the reviews on yelp. I make zero apologies as to my review because it’s crystal clear the lack of respect or “give a damn” I received. I guarantee you that I will take my business and next Toyota purchase to Eastern Shore, Mobile or Montgomery Toyota dealers. Plus this is not over as I will be pursuing damages in small claims court.

My service rep was polite, helpful and professional. I requested for all of my fluids to be topped off- due to my coolant reservoir being very low. She said this would be done. When I was getting ready to leave I almost drove off but then decided to double check that the coolant was filled. I popped my hood and it was empty. A few reps came over to check if I needed anything and I told them. My husband, prior to driving over, told me to never trust that the dealership does this because they haven’t for the past 3 oil changes, and to check from now on. Unfortunately he was exactly right, even when you verbally request and remind them, the dealership reputation has become cutting corners.

I understand that servicing sometimes takes longer than anticipated so a little more transparency throughout the process would be helpful! It would be nice to receive updates while waiting rather than having to reach out when the time is over what was estimated at drop off.
