Arrived at the appointment around 20 minutes early. Not to try to bump anyone from their assigned time, but wife and I wanted to look at purchasing a used car. Dustie met us started going over the 30,000 mile service needed. Told her oil change tire rotation. She started adding this up informed her everything should be covered under warranty. She scanned the vin told me right. After servicing she tried to charge me for a patch job and additional things had to remind her again. Appointment time was at 3pm did get the car back until 5. When we were told it would be 1 1/2hours. On the other hand wife has to use a Cain to walk I asked if they had a golf cart so she could look at used cars and they said they have one for private use. The used cars are in the back and not up front were they use to be. If I knew that I wouldn’t have brought her and bored her with the long wait. Very disappointed with the service department not being prepared and having the information in file about under warranty and coming in a second time telling me I would owe for this and that. Plus the dealership not being prepared to assist physically challenged customer assistance to help see used cars now that they have moved them to the back.
Nick explained to me that he was in training but I wouldn’t have known that if he hadn’t mentioned it. I thought he did a great job of taking care of things today.
Everyone I came in close bract with in service department was extremely nice

2 hour oil change and tire rotation. That's really slow. Quoted an hour. Waited 2. Should have been 20 minutes.
Mr. Mann did an excellent job, as always. He was professional and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. We’ve worked with him before and he consistently delivers great results. Highly recommend. always a job well done!

He understood we were passing through town on our way to Gulf Shores. He was awaiting our arrival for both drop off and pick up. He kept us informed on the eta for pick up, scheduled a shuttle to get us at Enterprise and made sure we were getting back to our beach getaway ASAP. If we didn’t live 8 hours away, we would definitely continue to work with Greg for future service repairs. Our thanks to Greg!

Mike Rowe was not truthful to me .I was there for over 2 1/2 hours from 7:15 till 10 for an oil change and tire rotation Yes I would like to talk to someone

Brandi was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. On top of that, she was able to find great deals that saved me a significant amount of money on my brakes. I truly appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service.
Ellen was great. She explained everything and was very courteous. The service was completed in about 45 minutes from my arrival despite, what appeared to to, several customers in front of me. I will definitely request Ellen next time in need a service
My service guy was good but it took two hours to patch my tire. My appointment was at 10:30 and I didn’t leave until 12:45.
Mr.G Mann has an excellent work ethic. My experience its always 5 stars when I deal with him. He is an outstanding employee and an asset to Bob Tyler Toyota.
