Buen día, me dejaron suelto lo que cubre debajo del motor y había un sonido y una vibración, creo que el control de calidad para darle el OK a cualquier vehículo es bajo, y aprovechando la anterior vez mi vehículo es de color blanco y salió todo lleno de grasa, lo cual le indiqué y no hicieron nada por limpiar y que me fuera satisfecho.

Good day, they left the engine cover loose, and there was a noise and vibration. I think the quality control for approving any vehicle is lax. And, taking advantage of the fact that my car was white the last time I was inspected, it came out covered in grease, which I pointed out, but they didn't do anything to clean it or make me feel satisfied.

My AC was Sky-High & the driver went the wrong way, coded it, but I was late. The getter kid Marvin? was very rude and the call system to deliver info to the store team (never arrives), they place shuttle rides that don't actually input & people wait an hr or more. Not because it wasn't placed in, but bc the system kicks it out
