Your prices aren't entirely too high. I could have got brand new rotors and brakes for less. But since I was on a time constraint, I decided to let you do them. Enjoy The rip-off.It won't happen again thank you. But my representative was very nice , and I appreciated her.
I waited over two hours for just an oil change and when I received a text saying it was ready, there was no paperwork. My advisor was nowhere to be found so I had to get someone else to help me. Just not efficient for someone who’s better customer for as long as I have.

Meghan was extremely kind and down to earth. She was knowledgeable. This was my first experience with the company for maintenance and she made me feel very comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to this company (and Meghan) for future maintenance and repair. Thank you for making it a stress-free and smooth experience. I've never felt so comfortable leaving my vehicle for service as I did today.
Meghan gave 100% effort. The service department communication was a bit wonky, but that is no reflection on her. It was hard to get routed to her extension and then it would hang up. I feel Meghan is an asset to the dealership.
The initial concern seemed to be overlooked at the beginning. Communication is important, I had to bring up my concern for my issue a second time, i left a voicemail and got no response. I just think the process could have been further along by now had the advisor gave me contact information to the service provider originally. I had no name, no shop location nothing to help me do my due diligence in getting my repair completed. I am paying for a additional service and therefore should recieve that service. Advisor did put forth effort to explain things in the end. Note also everytime I have gone to get a service they always call me by name and walk me to the counter with my paperwork etc. this time was a little different most of the communication was via text and he told me I could go to the cashier my vehicle was ready to check out via text. My experience wasn’t bad, just unusual and not as previous with other advisors.
The service took awhile, but was completed satisfactorily. Brandi was very professional and helpful.
Meghan explained the process in details including every step. Her valuable knowledge of operations saved me time to get a proper services. I enjoyed the communication process thru text messages, direct link to my account, video of recommendation ls & diagnosis along with consent approval process to perform additional services. However, I did not enjoy the financial tab on the website. Allow me to explain why. In a text message, I was gjven the option to pay online. The finance tab only shows services by a third party instead of the multiple options; pay by checking/savings account, pay by debit/credit card, or apply for financial services .
