Shuttle service never came to get me at 5 and no one let me know that they would be late. I found another ride and after I was at the dealership the driver called to tell me he was at my place of work. I was given a price if what it would cost to put filters in my car and responded in a text that if it was that specific amount to proceed and when I came to pick it up the price had changed. The price did get adjusted once I explained the situation but this was not a good experience overall which is u usual because I have been satisfied in the past

Service advisor was amazing.
Your techs however need a little work. They forgot my oil change even after being under the hood for air filters.
Thankfully it was caught before I checked out but what should have been an easy 1.5h trip for oil change and tire rotation turned into 2.5h.
The staff is great and the car drives much better after they changed the recommended break pads.

Items I requested to be worked on was completed in time allowable. Serena thoroughly explained what was completed. Well done. This was my 5th or 6th Toyota 4Runner bought at Bob Tyler. Maintenance service through your service rep and service technicians have been commendable. May consider purchasing a 2026 Toyota Sequoia limited, wind chill pearl exterior, priced under 75k this year.

The customer service I had this morning was very satisfactory. I did not wait long, Mr. Rowe welcomed me when I arrived, explained to me what to expect and came to call me when the vehicle was ready. Very professional, polite but warm.
I was told my car would be ready in the morning today (4/15). I did not receive a phone call. I called the service department 3 times trying to get a status. I was finally told at 12:30 that my car was ready on my third call. The run around was frustrating; not to mention I left the service manager a voicemail and never received a call back. Upon paying for my car, I paid an extra $20 for supplies which is ridiculous. The price should be the price. I was not advised of this upcharge while requesting this service in-person with Woody. Also, while riding home I noticed that they did not give me a new sticker on my windshield to remind me when my next service date will be. This service experience was horrible with the lack of customer service and communication. It cost me $276 + frustration ????.
Woody and ALL the service employees did a wonderful job!! My ONLY suggestion for Mr. Woody would be to be more organized... and to learn the sunbit system. He didn't know how to do the paperwork so I could check out. He didn't have my paperwork ready so I could check out.... He was BEYOND KIND, HELPFUL AND READY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!! Iwas impressed with how quickly he responded to his page. I have sat waiting for up to 20 minutes waiting for my advisor in the past and he was there in less than 2 minutes!! GREAT JOB!! When I completed my check out he met me at my truck with my key! SUPER JOB!! NO WAITING!! THANK YOU!!!
