Everything seemed to go well.
We were told to wait for a short period of time but ended up waiting there for more than 3.5 hours. Unfortunately there was no communication regarding this delay during our stay at your service center. Also the technician placed our dirty floor mat on our rear seat and didn’t even care to clean it up after his work. Now, we need to go for a car interior detailing. This is totally unacceptable. We love Toyota and this is how we are treated there.

My last 3 service visits I’ve had to wait 6+hours with scheduled appointments. I had my front brakes replaced on 4/1/26, but had to return today because my car was shaking worst than it ever did before the repair job every time I attempted to brake. Ellen was polite and attempted to accommodate me during my extended wait, but didn’t appear to be knowledgeable about my service dates/history. I appreciated her efforts, but I’m pretty sure I’ll never return for service.
Asked to have low tire dash indicator checked out as it was lit up. Was still lit up when I got my car back.
Delivered less than comfortable news, but it was professional and courteous.
