Your ai system didnt schedule any appointment, it just told me it did and then I had to figure it out 3 days later when I dropped off the car that your ai system was acting up. You had to hold my car overnight for a 50k tune up that never ended up happening because your office decided to inform me at 1030 the following day (when it was scheduled to be completed) that they didnt have the necessary parts. Then I had to wait 2 hrs for a shuttle that never was going to arrive because the driver, and I quote "was not in office" (come to find out later that she was actually was in the office, so maybe she just didnt feel like driving the 8 min to come get me) so I had to have my wife in the middle of packing for our move and taking care of our infant son drive me to the dealership where they tried to charge me for the spark plugs and 50k tune up. When I asked to correct it, they looked at me confused. Thankfully, Woody helped correct it. Lastly when I picked up the car, driver's seat was filled with white shavings. I didnt ask them to clean the car but I also didnt ask for them to make it more dirty. Call me at ****-****-xxxx if you want more details.

I had a couple of issue that were resolved by your staff. We I set up my appointment to have my brake pads replaced I was told it would take 45 minutes and that the cost would be $230 plus tax. When I got there I was told it was going to be a 3 hr wait and I had made no arrangements for that and I got the bill it was $290. Crystal was my service rep and managed to get the service done in under 2 hours and there was an additional $30 fee for shop materials that Crystal got removed…I understand things happen but when you have staff try to make it right that’s what customer service is
It seems very hard to talk to a live person when you need to. AI is great, but when you want to talk to a person, you should be able to pretty quickly.

He was a very courteous and knowledgeable young gentleman who answered all my questions and advised me of everything that would be done. I am a 92 year old woman who depends on Toyota to service my vehicle and inform me. I am very pleased with a JOB WELL DONE.

After I left, I had to go back, because the mechanics left greased hand prints on the interior front doors arm rest. Shelia took my vehicle to the have the area cleaned. The inside drivers door arm rest was clean. Thank you, Shelia. After leaving the second time, I noticed a black smug, more like a large dot still on the front passenger door arm rest. I did not go back or call. At that point, I was exhausted from going back and forth. I will do better checking before leaving next time.

My service checklist mentioned the tire pressure checked out at 35. But the tire pressure light stayed on, until I checked it myself, & all tires were at 30. It seems like the technician overlooked it.
The rest of the vehicle has been working fine.
