She told me that my lug nut somehow gotten broken and it was replaced under the warranty and I was informed that my electronic parking brake had a malfunctioned for some strange reason and they got the problem solved on the same day and she kept me updated if anything else happened and I was impressed with the service.

I have purchased 6 brand new vehicles (Toyota) in the last 10 years. I plan on purchasing two more in the next year for my daughters. Today’s service was rushed and completely ignored my safety concerns for my Tundra (multiple recalls).
Based on this service alone, even though recalls and warranty, I will never buy Toyota again. The service at this particular location has declined in the two years.

Service good but for having a 7 a.m. appointment for a regular 6 mo service and display recall fix that should have been fairly short, my wait was way too long. Dissatisfied with that.
