After sitting for three hours I checked to see when my car would be ready and even though Brandi had checked me in when I arrived around 10:50 am, she had not followed through and put me in to your system. I was added after 2:00 pm.
I received a text from you at 11:30 saying I had missed my appointment and needed to reschedule so I texted back informing you that I was sitting in your waiting area and had been since a little before 11:00.
My first service call for my new Camry was just about as long. Totally unsatisfactory and inconsiderate way to
treat your customers.

When I bought my vehicle in 2021 I was told free car washes for the life of the vehicle. I take it for service yesterday and I'm told it cost $25 now well guess what have you heard of the term grandfathered in. And I thought a 26 point inspection meant topping off fluids ??? Crystal was great.
Although I could not get what I needed done with my car today due to financial issues, Chris and his team did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle and inspected it throughly and gave back a detailed report on what needs to be done. The only complaint I have, is that these issues with the car should have been addressed before I was able to drive off the lot when I bought the car barely a month ago since I’m under the assumption that used vehicles are inspected before being labeled for sale. (The issues I am talking about are: the horrible alignment and the condition of the tires, as it seems the previous owner never received an alignment at all by the wear on the tires)
Crystal was awesome she was very patient with my situation and she even stayed on the phone for an extended amount of time to see if my problems were covered under my warranty or not. She even sent another individual to ensure me that she was still on the phone and that she was getting the issues resolved a quickly as possible. I would highly recommend crystal to anyone with services needs she is an asset to the Bob Tyler team
