Horrible. Awful. Terrible. That pretty much sums it up. This was my first time ever at non Tyler. I had a 7am appointment. I arrived at 7:05. I stood there for 30 minutes and wasn’t checked in until 7:35 - check the logs. Then once I got checked in they informed me I was lied to about a loaner car that didn’t exist. So the two I’ll have to go to enterprise. So I sit around for another 15 minutes waiting on that. Then I get to enterprise and they tell me the contract is messed up and wait another 40 minutes to get a car. 1:40 just to drop off a car and get a rental. Then I go to return the rental care and tell them I need a ride topic me up. I text at 3:50 I’m ready to be picked up. They confirm the shuttle will come get me about 8-10 minutes later. Expect the shuttle eta is for 4:40. A 40 minute wait!! At this point th the stops responding when I tell them surely there must be a mistake. Look at the texts!!! Then I see the shuttle is headed to who know here near Cordova. So I get an uber and start calling bob tyler because I thinks it’s insane that he quit responding when I bring this up when every other single message was address within minutes. They put me on hold for 15 minutes to tell me they’ll get me an uber. At this point i had my own uber. So now ive wasted about 35 minutes between waiting on him to respond and my own uber to come. Then I get to the store and he tries to walk by and ignore me. So I asked why he just abandoned me at enterprise. He gets a giant attitude and says weren’t you an uber. I corrected him and said no - I got an uber because I called after you ignored my messages for 25 minutes. He proceeds to storm off. Then comes out and tries to give me a nasty glare about it and slinks away into his office. So in total just dropping off a car wasted at least 2 hours beyond what should have been about a 20 minute process. I was actually coming back to look at a 4-runner for my wife but after that and how nasty the tech was I won’t be doing that. This was a system of failures built on lies. Terrible. Terrible. Experience.

Mr. Peavy service was excellent, he always provided an update on what was going on and how long it would take. Keeping the customers aware makes the wait time go by fast. This is my second time and both times were excellent services.

Woody was phenomenal and was a no nonsense kind of guy that got me in and out in a timely fashion. I would argue he even saved me money since the last rep wanted to charge ne a diagnostic fee just to look at my tire.

I called the service department twice within about 4 hours trying to talk to a service advisor. I had to leave a voicemail describing my situation and to please call me back. I never got a call back so I had to make two separate trips to the service department, when I should have had to make only one trip. You need to hire someone who’s only job is to answer questions about receiving any kind of service warranty or not, before being handed over to a service advisor. John B

I have NO ISSUES with Crystal. I am having issues with why for the third time I’m bring my truck into the shop. I have had this truck for 3 weeks and it been in the shop twice. Some should have been fixed before I bought it. I’m spending ALOT of money that I have not been able to have my truck. You have gotten paid. But I can not have my truck. Something as simple as test with computer then test drive my truck to see if it is actually works. I’m getting frustrated. A don’t blame Crystal. If not for her I might would have asked for my money back and gave you back the keys. Because of Crystal is why I have NOT given it back to you Bob.

I appreciate the ciurteous service and particularly giving me grace in that I didn't have to pay for the diagnostics, which couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Believe me when I say I will remember this good deed. It shows that Toyota of Pensacola has integrity.
