Did not correct the problem. Two hour drive round trip. Waited over 3 1/2 hours for vehicle only to be told they couldn't correct the problem and I would have to come back at a later date.. At this point I'm not 100% sure the mechanic actually worked on my car. I have lost all trust in your service team.

I always make an appointment yet still have to wait 2 hours for routine service, basically oil change and tire rotation. I could get this done in many other places in 30 minutes for less money. In the past I’ve preferred to service my car at the dealership but it hardly makes sense anymore.
Ryan and technician Stephanie were excellent in providing my routine 40,000 mile service and correcting an unexpected problem that occurred during that time. Can’t thank them enough for their patience and professionalism.

Well Done. Easy to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. Staff was responsive and knowledgeable. I liked the video showing current condition of my vehicle. Status on the TV screen was a nice new feature.
Crystal was very attentive and understanding during my visit today. I did have a long wait, but she handled everything professionally and made sure I felt taken care of. I really appreciate her great customer service.
The service itself went very well, and I appreciated the effort. However, I sent my appointment on an automated phone call, using an artificial intelligence voice on your end of the line. When I got there this morning, there was no record of my appointment. I am a very busy individual on this could’ve gone very badly for me. You need to correct this.

Serena did a great job & was very professional and informative.
The fact that I was broke down on the side of the road with my 3 children because of errors made by the Bob Tyler Service Team was not only inconvenient, but disappointing considering I have a new vehicle. I'm thankful that although there were errors made by the service team, the work was covered by my warranty.
