This is my second truck with bob tyler. And it because of the way he takes care of me. He always gone above and beyond. I trust anything he tell me about my truck. I will buy another truck because of him.
Professional and friendly
I do not like the AI assistant that I used when scheduling my appointment. I prefer talking to a real person.
Also, I had a small bag that contained 2 cards from Dollar Tree in the passenger seat. When I got home, I realized it wasn’t there. I called immediately but didn’t get to speak to a person. I did leave a message but nobody has returned my call. I believe the bag must have been accidentally thrown out.
They performed the tire rotation and patched the tire that I was having an issue with . However when I stopped at the first red light when leaving , I found that my tires all had different PSI settings contrary to the paperwork that I received stating that they were all set to 35 PSI . These are the settings that they actually set them to and I also have a photograph . 35, 36, 37 & 42
Did not correct the problem. Two hour drive round trip. Waited over 3 1/2 hours for vehicle only to be told they couldn't correct the problem and I would have to come back at a later date.. At this point I'm not 100% sure the mechanic actually worked on my car. I have lost all trust in your service team.
Our service advisor. Crystal is great. We are glad we got her back as our service advisor. She keeps us informed and up-to-date on everything about our vehicles.

Quick and efficient service. 12v battery once I say it. It was expected. Last service we discussed that it would be needed soon.

I always make an appointment yet still have to wait 2 hours for routine service, basically oil change and tire rotation. I could get this done in many other places in 30 minutes for less money. In the past I’ve preferred to service my car at the dealership but it hardly makes sense anymore.
Ryan and technician Stephanie were excellent in providing my routine 40,000 mile service and correcting an unexpected problem that occurred during that time. Can’t thank them enough for their patience and professionalism.
