Nothing but issues trying to get my tire fixed. From non returned calls from the service department, to flat out dropping the ball and not submitting a claim, to not submitting a warranty claim until the appt to be fixed was set to flat out being LIED to by the finance officer about the warranty coverage. 100% failure by Bob Tyler. I will not continue to support or buy anything from this dealership again and will leave reviews reflecting the lies told in order to sale a warranty package that does not cover anything you are told it will.
This feedback is in reference to my return visit on Monday 4-27-2026.I had a concern about my service of brake pads replaced and rotor turned. My brakes were still making a noise and my brakes pedal lacked firmness.I was treated with respect and all my concerns addressed along with my request to reassure me my brakes were done correctly and working properly.The most important thing as a customer is how problems are handled addressed and resolved.Problems happen but resolutions are the keys to building trust and confidence to return.I am very grateful to Cap Peavy and James that I can say I am not only satisfied but very satisfied.I feel confident in returning,knowing if any future problems arise they will be addressed respectfully.
I can’t say enough positive things about Crystal Bolyard! She was super courteous, responsive, eager to help with any questions and significantly added to the positive experience. I would hope to have her every time I bring a car in for service.

The psi in my tires was not adjusted.
In all 4 tires it has gone down 5 psi or more indicating bob tyler Toyota technician did not do what they said.
Do not contact me. I will not be coming back.

Crystal is the best! After bringing my Tacoma in with what appeared to be a speed sensor issue, she reassured us that they would conduct a thorough diagnostics test and get to the bottom of the issue. Throughout the time that the service department had my truck, Crystal kept us informed and relayed all relevant information. She’s polite as can be and really adds to the overall experience with Bob Tyler Toyota.
