Brandi was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. On top of that, she was able to find great deals that saved me a significant amount of money on my brakes. I truly appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service.
Ellen was great. She explained everything and was very courteous. The service was completed in about 45 minutes from my arrival despite, what appeared to to, several customers in front of me. I will definitely request Ellen next time in need a service
My service guy was good but it took two hours to patch my tire. My appointment was at 10:30 and I didn’t leave until 12:45.

Overbooking appointments creates problems for customers and employees. I arrived 15 minutes early for oil change and inspection and left 2 hrs later. Employees are working hard to make it happen, if I had a ride I would leave auto but I don’t so I probably won’t use your service’s in future. Larry
