I would just suggest that the techs use a cover/cloths when leaning over a vehicle or touching any part outside of the engine compartment. There is grease prints all across the hood and the passenger front quarter panel and also on the steering wheel as well. I did not see it from the shadow of the overhang outside, otherwise I would have mentioned it in person. Otherwise, everything was great. Fast & friendly service.

Arrived at the appointment around 20 minutes early. Not to try to bump anyone from their assigned time, but wife and I wanted to look at purchasing a used car. Dustie met us started going over the 30,000 mile service needed. Told her oil change tire rotation. She started adding this up informed her everything should be covered under warranty. She scanned the vin told me right. After servicing she tried to charge me for a patch job and additional things had to remind her again. Appointment time was at 3pm did get the car back until 5. When we were told it would be 1 1/2hours. On the other hand wife has to use a Cain to walk I asked if they had a golf cart so she could look at used cars and they said they have one for private use. The used cars are in the back and not up front were they use to be. If I knew that I wouldn’t have brought her and bored her with the long wait. Very disappointed with the service department not being prepared and having the information in file about under warranty and coming in a second time telling me I would owe for this and that. Plus the dealership not being prepared to assist physically challenged customer assistance to help see used cars now that they have moved them to the back.

Nick explained to me that he was in training but I wouldn’t have known that if he hadn’t mentioned it. I thought he did a great job of taking care of things today.

2 hour oil change and tire rotation. That's really slow. Quoted an hour. Waited 2. Should have been 20 minutes.

Greg (G-man) was great!!! He understood we were passing through town on our way to Gulf Shores. He was awaiting our arrival for both drop off and pick up. He kept us informed on the eta for pick up, scheduled a shuttle to get us at Enterprise and made sure we were getting back to our beach getaway ASAP. If we didn’t live 8 hours away, we would definitely continue to work with Greg for future service repairs. Our thanks to Greg! The shuttle service was the complete opposite experience. I’ll share more when I get the survey.
